We build-in flexibility to adapt and change programs quickly and easily to meet future business needs.

Some programs are written such that any small change requires significant development and testing by the supplier at considerable cost to you - we don't work that way. We build systems that can be readily changed thus minimising the impact on your business. Naturally this means there is slightly more development up-front but such cost is incremental and is much cheaper than having to keep making costly changes after the system has been built. It also ensures all the programming is done by the original programmers - changes after the event are rarely done by the original program writer and risk introducing new bugs and system instability which is avoided by building in the flexibility up-front.


All our systems are comprehensively tested

No system can ever be 'bug-free' but we work hard testing our systems to ensure maximum reliability and prevent faults occurring. Some suppliers don't do this since 'bug fixing' can be a significant income stream to them (and therefore cost to you!). We don't work that way - we place professional pride above short-term gains.

Here's a simple test if you are considering a number of suppliers for your system: ask your supplier if they perform "defensive programming" and see what their response is - if they don't understand the term or you do not understand their answer then you could be heading for an expensive future!


Communication

We work with you throughout the development - if there is something we don't understand we will ask you rather than making assumptions. This ensures you get what you need and avoids misunderstandings.
